Key highlights include the UI/UX redesign of the Executive MIS Dashboard, relational master model architecture for Procurement Categories & Lautra Components, dual multi-edit workflows for AWP Activities, and automated folder routing and grouping for Reports & Documents.

MIS Dashboards

Executive Monitoring & UI/UX Redesign

Visual layout upgrades and real-time analytical updates on the Executive MIS Dashboard.

Interactive Multi-Year Selector Bar: Added a responsive year filter bar (2024, 2025, 2026, and Overall) allowing executives to toggle fiscal scopes instantly without page reloads.
Dual Currency Real-Time Widgets: Engineered real-time financial widgets featuring automated dual-currency display (IDR and USD) with dynamic exchange rate conversion (usd_idr_rate) and locale formatting (toLocaleString).
Side-by-Side Executive Comparison Panels: Introduced comparative summary panels contrasting current Tahun Anggaran (Fiscal Year) performance against Accumulative All-Time Project Totals.
Modern Visual Aesthetics: Upgraded dashboard styling with vibrant theme-coded cards (Indigo, Emerald, Cyan, Slate), subtle soft shadows, glassmorphic badges, and responsive metric breakdown layouts.
Automated Reksus Balance Logic: Integrated automated logic to compute Remaining Balance Reksus against the total World Bank Designated Account fund ceiling ($205M USD / Rp 3.177 Trillion IDR) minus total SP2D disbursements.

Designated Accounts (Reksus)

Bank Indonesia

Master model of Bank Indonesia Designated Accounts and integration with DIPA/AWP.

Designated Account Master Model (lautra.reksus): Created a dedicated master model to manage World Bank Designated Accounts at Bank Indonesia:
- PLN (IBRD Loan No. 9498-ID): $200,000,000.00 DA Ceiling.
- HLN (PROBLUE / Oceans MDTF Grant TF C0495): $5,000,000.00 DA Ceiling.
Automated DIPA & AWP Linkage: Implemented relational mapping between Reksus accounts, DIPA budget allocations, and AWP activities for real-time disbursement tracking and advance ceiling verification.

Procurement Category Master

Relational Architecture

Centralized master model of procurement categories in compliance with World Bank regulations.

System-Wide Master Model (lautra.procurement.category): Converted static text selections into a centralized relational master model:
- Goods (Barang)
- Works (Pekerjaan Konstruksi)
- Non-Consulting Services (Jasa Lainnya)
- Consulting Services - Individual (Konsultan Perorangan)
- Consulting Services - Firm (Konsultan Badan Usaha)
Unified Procurement Architecture: Standardized procurement category relations across AWP Activities (lautra.awp.activity), RFP Tender Orders (purchase.order), and Firm Contracts (lautra.contract.firm).
Enhanced Search & Filtering: Enabled search view grouping and filtering by World Bank procurement categories across all procurement and activity views.

Lautra Component Master

Single Source of Truth

Standardization of project component intervention hierarchy from Components 1 to 4.

Single Source of Truth (lautra.subcomponent.line): Built a unified master directory model establishing consistent project intervention codes across Components 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Priority Activity Relational Inheritance: Added a Priority Activity (priority_activity) dropdown classification on master subcomponents, automatically inheriting into AWP activities (lautra.awp.activity) for dashboard analytics.
Hierarchy Standardization: Unified component structures across budgeting, AWP planning, contract management, and progress reporting.

Activity Bulk Update & Satker Master

Multi-Edit Engine

Dual multi-edit workflows and standardized executing unit directory (Satker).

Dual Multi-Edit Engine for AWP Activities:
- Inline Table Multi-Edit (multi_edit="1"): Enabled native inline multi-editing on Activity list views. Users can check multiple rows, click any dropdown column (e.g. Component Line, Responsible, Status), select a value, and batch-apply it directly in the table.
- Batch Update Action Modal (lautra.activity.batch.wizard): Created a dedicated wizard accessible via Action ⚙️ ➔ Batch Update Selected Activities to bulk-update Lautra Component Line, PIC / Satker, Procurement Category, Responsible Person, Activity Status, and DIPA Status in a single modal interaction.
Satker Master Model (lautra.satker): Standardized Executing Unit directory (DJPK, DJPB, DJPT, BPSPL Denpasar, etc.) for tracking PICs on activities and DIPAs.

Reports & Documents Update

Folder Routing & Context

Renamed module and automated VPS storage folder path routing.

Terminology Alignment: Renamed module label from "Reporting Schedule" to "Reports & Documents" across top menus, action titles, and form headers to accurately reflect report creation, milestone tracking, and document upload capabilities.
Automated Default Grouping Context: Configured window action context (search_default_group_by_type=1) so opening the module automatically defaults to list view grouped by Report Type (Monthly Progress Report, Interim Financial Report (IFR), Annual Audit Report, etc.).
Project Search & Grouping: Added Project field to search filters and Group By ➔ Project option.
VPS Storage Folder Path Integration: Added vps_folder_path field on lautra.report.type master model to automate folder path routing (e.g. Pelaporan/MONTHLY_PROGRESS, Pelaporan/INTERIM_FINANCIAL, Pelaporan/ANNUAL_AUDIT).
